Circumstances that may lead to account action include, but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period, reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, or at the request of a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
Upon permanent closure of an account for reasons other than player-initiated closure, any genuine account balance remaining after deduction of any pending bonus amounts subject to active wagering requirements will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following satisfactory identity verification.

Nothing in these Terms limits yo99's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by yo99's negligence.
yo99 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for identity verification, anti-fraud, and responsible gaming purposes.
yo99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players by email or prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory direction. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which yo99 operates. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the yo99 platform that cannot be resolved through yo99's internal complaints procedure will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules applicable to yo99's operating jurisdiction.
yo99's internal complaints procedure requires that players first submit a complaint in writing to [email protected] with full details of the dispute. yo99 will acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and aim to provide a final response within 14 business days.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent interlocutory relief from a competent court of law.
